A confirmation email arrives within a few minutes of checkout. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder — and if it still isn't there, write to us and we'll resend it.

We start preparing orders quickly, so please email us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our very best to update or cancel it. Once it's on its way, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

All payment options available to you are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely, and we never see or store your full card details.

Nothing at all. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then delivered in 5–8 business days. Most orders arrive within 6–11 business days of purchase.

We ship to addresses across the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We don't ship internationally at the moment — but we hope to one day.

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items with their original tags attached. No lengthy forms, no awkward questions.

Of course. Exchanges are subject to availability, and your replacement ships free — just like your first order.

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.

Our size guide lists measurements for every size, and many product pages include notes on fit and length. Between two sizes? Look at the fabric: for fitted styles or fabrics without stretch, the larger size is usually the more comfortable choice.

Yes, gladly. Tell us your usual size, your height and the piece you're considering, and we'll share whatever we know about how it fits.

Always follow the care label sewn into each garment. As a gentle rule, wash delicate fabrics and lace cold by hand or on a delicate cycle, lay knits flat to dry, and steam rather than iron embroidered details. Treated kindly, your favourites will last for years.
